This policy explains what information Miner Logistics LLC ("we," "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website, not to conversations, showings, or paperwork that happen outside it.

We collect information you choose to give us through the site's forms:

• Contact and inquiry forms (on the Contact page, property listing pages, and agent profiles): your name, email address, and your message.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.

Submitted forms are sent by email to our team using Resend, a third-party email delivery service, so that an agent can respond to you. We do not currently use a separate email marketing platform to manage a subscriber list; newsletter signups are simply forwarded to us as a notification.

When you save a property using the heart icon, that selection is stored in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and is cleared if you clear your browser data.

This site may use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are viewed. It is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information or track you across other websites. We do not otherwise use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

• To send occasional listing and market updates, if you signed up for them
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep information submitted through our forms for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted, or unsubscribe from communications, at any time by contacting us using the details below.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
